Well, we made it... It's 2010!

Christmas has been lovely, what with choir's "It Feels Like Christmas" concert going so well (pictures on my blog), having lots of snow (Yay!) and most of all, spending time with family.

Thanks so much for all your support and encouragement in 2009.
It was a really busy year, with lots of projects on the go.
I'm really looking forward to what 2010 has in store, so keep checking back for new content.

Have a little look around. Enjoy the recordings, videos and other stuff!

Hope you enjoy your visit.
You can also take a look at my blog, where I'll add news updates.

Wishing you all a Happy New Year!

Best Wishes,

James

New Album...
How Can I Keep From Singing CD

(Customers outside the UK click here)

I'm really excited to announce the release of my latest Album
"How Can I Keep From Singing?"

Like my last album the CD features the songs of songwriter Sally DeFord, with the exception of my own "Sweet Is the Work" During the Summer I had the exciting opportunity to travel to Colorado Springs for an extended period this time, to record the vocals.

The CD also features some wonderful instrumentalists and two duets which I had the pleasure of recording with LDS singer Allyse Smith Taylor at Soularium Studios over in Alpine, Utah.

Well, the choir's Christmas concert was a huge hit! It was so much fun and really got everyone in the choir and in the audience in the festive spirit.

In attendance again were the Mayor and Mayoress of Sefton (councillors Alf Doran and Gillian Cuthbertson), who had a great time too and were great sports when it came to joining in with the fun!

The Ballroom was beautifully decorated and the music superb.
I was so thrilled with how well all the hard work paid off. (Well done to everyone involved - I'm really proud of you!)

Thanks to all those who attended and supported the choir and soloists. They deserved a great audience and you certainly were that. We also raised a healthy sum for our two chosen charities (Southport & District Temperance Society and Alzheimer's Society) Thank you so much for your generosity. Have a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

p.s. Watch this space for United Voice's own web page in the new year, where you will find pictures of past performances and news of future events for the choir!
